Challenge
Strive Technologies needed a platform to help distributed teams manage projects and collaborate effectively. Their biggest challenge was balancing complex functionality with a simple, intuitive interface that wouldn’t overwhelm users.
Approach
I worked with the team to define a clear design system that supported scalability. Prototypes helped test workflows such as task management, messaging, and file sharing. Through iterative design sprints, we focused on clarity, reducing friction in key user interactions, and ensuring consistency across the platform.
Outcome
The resulting platform delivered a clean, user-friendly experience for remote teams.
